You are absolutely right. The salesman did undersell a tree to you by $500. He told us that you wanted an unmarked tree -- and this new sales person undersold it by mistake. However, we stand by our reputation and we were going to plant it for you at a loss. That is what we told you and assured you that we will do.
Our planting is first come first serve, every Friday. Last Friday you along with several other people did not get your trees planted because the crews ran out of time. Diligently, we called you to inform you that the tree will be planted the following week. When we sell a tree we never promise a specific date for planting, other than it will be planted on a Friday in the next couple of weeks --weather permitting. No, Larry could not assure you that your tree would be planted the following Friday -- as if it does rains, we will not be planting. It is not even necessary for you to be home when we are planting. As it states on our contract -- all we need is that you place the flag we give you, in the spot in your garden that you wish for your tree to be planted.
I hope you understand that as a very small business we do not appreciate un-truthful bad reviews. We take pride in providing the best customer service to all our clients. We are not in the business of cheating or scamming any of our customers.
Planting and caring for trees and landscaping has been our business for the last thirty years, I believe this should be testament to our excellent customer service.
