Tenna Homes are a building design company that specialises in high-quality custom homes, extensions and granny flats, servicing clients in Sydney. Our focus is to bring simplistic, eco-friendly and low maintenance design concepts yet out of the box design ideas into reality. Tenna Homes originally started off as a contracting drafting and 3D visualisation sole trader for residential homes and multi-residential buildings. As the business grew within the initial year Tenna Homes became incorporated and moved into specialising field specific projects such as low-rise residential homes. This include new homes, extensions to homes and granny flats. We offer customers specialized end-to-end architectural services, thus the meetings and inspections at the clients home. It is a strategy to create that bond and trust connection. All staff is trained and are qualified individuals that strictly follow policy and company guidelines. From initial concept to the final product of the completed home, the client is informed and are aware of each and every stage of the process. The transparency that Tenna Homes provide allows the client to be engaged and a part of each stage. They are able to question and further understand the process of the operations for the price that they are paying for. Tenna Homes operate with a positive attitude as we understand that it's all about people: hiring and retaining the right people, eliminating ineffective people and providing the necessary resources for employees to master their tasks. Ensuring staff are trained for customer service and as a result, during the 2 years of operating as a specialised residential company, Tenna Homes have successfully completed 11 custom projects. The residential projects include new homes for young families, extensions to existing homes and granny flats. During this time we contracted an in house engineer for structural design and drafting. We are people focused, we care! We put ourselves in the client's shoes to truly understand the experience they are creating. We are objective, realistic, and inclusive. We are able who look at our product, service, and business behaviours from multiple perspectives. If the client's don’t like what they see and hear, we change it. And if we do, we still try to make it better.
