Our job required a tricky software/processor upgrade and integration with Savant without upgrading 15+ yr old Clipsal wall plates, dimmers, blinds and relays. Required a lot determination and workarounds. Ben never once suggested we may need to take another approach. Great outcome.

Ben brings a personal approach and high level of attention to the specs and design of a home automation project. I appreciate his candid approach and effort at bringing the best value to my requirements. It is the high end of automation solution but a great fit for a home owner who demands the best In the market.

I knew of Autm8 in the past and the sort of work they do. I recommended my partner use them to put up her surveillance cameras and security system through her Deli Café. She couldn't be happier with the work and workmanship. Everything was done on time with the most professional work. She is so happy with her new system, she has constant control and can see what is going on in the shop at all times, and can see what is going on outside after hours. Would highly recommend Autm8 for your security systems.

To Whom it may concern Ben Clay, through his company Autm8, undertook the installation of a number of systems throughout our Milsons Point apartment in 2018- 2019. He installed an apartment control system, our televisions (both Bang & Olufsen and Sony); in addition, he installed a theatre surround sound plus an audio system throughout our apartment. Sometime later, we installed thermal blinds and controls, outdoor fans and heaters along the length of our balcony. All of these works were undertaken by Ben in a pleasant and competent manner and, even with the complexity of the Savant system, have all worked well. Ben is a highly competent technician and an easy man to work with and understand. I have found his installation skills, his after-sales service and his attitude to work exemplary. He has not hesitated to assist me in all follow-up work and with problems as and when they have occurred. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben Clay for any further work. Having worked on a few smaller jobs with Autm8 Solutions, it's clear that quality is very high on their agenda. Ben can seem a little inflexible at times, but this is because he knows his industry well and refuses to deliver sub-par results. I originally hired Autm8 Solutions for small job in Sydney (I'm Melbourne based) and initially thought their quote was too high. I'm extremely happy that we paid the extra, as the scope of works was drastically changed by the clients as the job progressed, and Ben and his team took this in their stride. At the completion of the project, I believe the amended project cost little or no more than others that others would have charged, and the project still finished on-time. The documentation and progress reports they provided on that project have now ensured that Autm8 Solutions are the first (and often the only) contractor that I enlist for Sydney projects.
