“Absolutely brilliant service. After my initial phone call (at just before 1p.m.) I was told a plumber would arrive within an hour. This happened and the problem was assessed and fixed the very next morning. Once again the plumbers arrived early as they had arranged. It is so good to have trades people that are reliable.”

“We have used Pipe Perfection Plumbers three times now and my husband and I were very impressed with our entire experience, particularly in comparison to other plumbers who we have used in the past. The booking experience was easy, professional and they went above and beyond in their customer service. We knew who was coming to do our job and on the day we were given a heads up that the plumber was on the way, and they were on time. What we really liked was how our plumber explained the problem each time. He gave us some options and was clear about the cost breakdown so we knew what we were up for and why. In one instance, the plumber also did a free inspection around our home, gave us some tips and made some adjustments at no cost as part of the inspection. The work was done well every time and they cleaned up after themselves. After each job, we were contacted to get feedback and to see if we had any questions and if we were happy. This is in comparison to other plumbers we have had in the past who were messy, creepy or unprofessional.”
