“I had a very bad back up in my home and was quite afraid of the price due to the fact my home is 50 years old. Cody with Precision Plumbing came out that very same day to check out my system, which was such as relief since my tub was backing up very quickly. He was able to access my main clean out (I had no clue that even existed) and have the repair done within 1 hour, his price was below what several other companies quoted me and it has not happened since. I have used them several other times on many other jobs and would recommend them to everyone I know!”

“Over the years I have worked with scores of plumber being in the design trade. This is hands down the best plumbing company in Georgia. They answer the phone, they are polite, they arrive when they say they’re going to. They fix the problem, clean up and don’t charge outrageous fees. They explain things so that you understand about maintenance. We had a problem with a tankless water heater that another contractor damaged while working on my house. They had to come out twice, but for what they charged it was well worth the expense. They cleaned the unit while they were here too. You will not go wrong hiring this company!”

“Brandon Thompson provided prompt and excellent service on 2 different occasions for us and he is definitely our go-to plumber. We had an emergency break and he was able to get to us within 30 minutes and stop the leak. He then had the parts on his truck to repair the faucet. He is polite and diligent about getting his work done!”

“I had a water spot on the ceiling of a main floor room, so I couldn't have been coming from the roof. I assumed it was coming from the upstairs laundry room, though I could find no water on the floor or drain pan. After reading great reviews of Zippy on Kudzu.com I gave Matt (the owner) a call. He came to my house that same evening with an employee. They were both very courteous. After a few minutes of investigation, he determined that leak wasn't coming from the laundry room, and determined that my girls' bathroom was actually above the room in question. He had to cut a hole in the ceiling on the main floor to investigate further and figured out that the leak was not coming from the drains or water lines, but that the tile around the tub had not been sealed properly by the builder. A bead of plumber's putty around the tub and the problem was solved. All he charged me was a nominal "consultation fee". My bigger outlay was getting the ceiling drywall patched a few days later. Matt did a great job... he's definitely my new plumber. If they allowed 10 stars on these ratings, I would have given him 10!”

“Atlantis Plumbing are the best – so glad to have found them. I wish I could give them 6 stars! Their scheduling personnel are professional and efficient. Their technicians are personable, very knowledgeable, and careful to clean up after service. We have used them twice this month, once for a clogged kitchen drain and then for a burst pipe in the ceiling. Then we called them to check if our tankless water heater was leaking on a Sunday because of puddle in garage (by this time we were paranoid) and the tech asked when we had it serviced last. We had never had it serviced because the plumbers that installed it never told us that it needed annual service! So now they are coming back this week to service it and set us up for annual service visits—and they did not even charge for the trip on Sunday. They are honest and reliable and explain how they are fixing your problem and what caused it. Their prices are very reasonable compared to what some of the other companies have charged us and only provided shoddy work which we had to have re-done in some cases.”

“On a whim I contacted the clog dawg plumbing inc, today around 6 when I finally gave up on trying to solve my clogged bathtub drain problem. They had someone to the house in around an hour to help me out, SAME DAY! Customer service was spectacular, Antonio was the one who came out. It took him barely any time at all and the prices were way more reasonable than what I was fearing!!! I have officially stored them in my phone as my go-to plumber! They made this SO easy! I'd reccomend this company very highly! I'll be doing a second bathroom install, and possibly a hot tub install and they will now be my go-to for this as well!”

“Called Micheals out to give me an estimate on some plumbing upgrades around the house. They were kind and attentive to my needs, they also made recommendations based for upgrades or enhancements that I did think to ask about. These changes in the end fixed my issues without having to spend a lot on major upgrades that I thought I would have to make. I will definitely use them in the future when I do need to make the major upgrades.”
