“Cinch mechanical helped me during a flood in my basement. Not only did the plumber locate the issue and resolve it the customer professional was courteous and polite. The pricing was one of the most reasonable prices I've ever paid to any plumbing company in my 20 years of being a homeowner. I reccomend them if you are looking for satisfaction!”

“I inherited a home built in 1985 that needed all copper pipes to be removed because there was no heat in the house this past, very cold, winter. I couldn't get anything done while waiting for the deed to be straightened out. Benjamin Franklin sent Jack and Jeff to remove the old pipes and install new system for clean, chlorine-free water to flow throughout my house. They were punctual, courteous, friendly, and funny! They seem to be doing a great job. We are on the 2nd day of a 2 day job, and I cannot fault anything they have done thus far. They have been helpful in suggesting solutions for future projects. Benjamin Franklin even helped me get financing so I could get the job done without having to wait to for a bank to give me a loan.”

“My water heater started leaking on a Friday. I called around and no one wanted to come out and/or start working on it until Monday. Plus they wanted to add so much extra for an "emergency job". My local Lowes hooked me up with B's Plumbing. They came out that day and stated they would be back the next day to replace my water heater. I wasn't charged for any weekend or emergency repairs. The installers were polite and very informative. They cleaned up any mess and were finished in a very short time. I would highly recommend them for their service”
