“Hi there me and my partner called 5 plumbers to have 2 turn up the first day to quote some drainage and trenching, hot and cold water ran throughout the shed, Supply and install a electric hot water system, And replace the old guttering with new as had all rusted, Whilst the first 2 spent maybe ten mins there Damien (TANK ) spent close to 45 minutes there and explained things to us we walked through the different jobs, While he was under the house he pointed out that our water supply pipe was in gal and had started to just about rust through, For a young looking guy his knowledge seemed great and also stated he did concreting and had a digger so after a coffee and chatting away I asked if he wanted to price the water supply pipe on top of the other jobs and the concrete floor in the shed and drive which he measured then and there his quote could not be compared to other two as they didn't quote what he quoted so I asked it to be itemised which was no problem at all for him his quote cam in via email a day later and was around inc hot water unit and supply concrete at 6inches thick and better steel than we allowed 30m3 of concrete his quote was between $17000 and $18600 we talked him down to $16800 and we employed this one man to do all these jobs and he was brilliant he did run late a few days but worked hard as any one I ever seen and did a awsome job”
