“We engaged Neptune to build us a 9x4m family swimming pool based on recommendations from friends who had used Neptune to build their pools. In fact, Neptune was the only pool builder who was recommended to us; every person who had put in a (non-Neptune) pool said they would never recommend their pool builder to anyone! The advice, helpfulness and service we received throughout the process from Neptune (and Dean Jones in particular) was simply outstanding. The build started promptly when they said it would start and proceeded smoothly throughout construction. All the tradesmen were punctual, professional and a pleasure to deal with. There were no contract variations and Neptune's original quote was the final price which we paid. We are extremely happy with the final product and would not hesitate to recommend Neptune to anyone considering putting in a pool.”

“Our entire family simply love our solar heated swimming pool. It has extended our swimming season without question! Our daughter & her friends are in the pool from late September through to April. Not only has it extended the season, it has extended our hours of swim time too, we are able to enjoy a comfortable pool from around 10am until late at night.”

“We hired Australian Spas and Pools to build a pool / spa combo. We designed what we wanted and were given expert advice along the way. Nothing was too much trouble and every part of the project was handled with care. The finished job is amazing, we are thrilled with the result. The equipment that Matt recommended to us what top quality without adding ridiculous costs. Matt talked us through all the set up and ongoing use of all the equipment and had vast knowledge on each and every aspect. We can not recommend this company high enough, our pool has not only added to the value of our home it will give our family years and years of enjoyment.”
