We interviewed 4 other pool builders and none of them came close to Mike and Mad River in terms of cost, quality and customer service. It shows in the craftsmanship when a contractor and co-workers are proud of their work and company!”

“I wanted a custom and very unique pool. One that we could design together. The components were; Grotto in the middle, negative edge, pergola, sun shelves, fire bowls, fire pit, LED lighting, top of the line wifi filtration, and stone from the Smoky Mountains. We used Jason's software...which is amazing. The end product looked exactly as what the software depicted. I wondered at the end of the construction if it was really as great as what I thought, but when you have others in the pool business step into the backyard, you can see it on their face. Thanks Jason!!”

“Coby designed a gorgeous pool for us. Our pool was 12 years old and needed resurfacing. We did everything except dig a new hole. Tore out pavers and put in travertine, updated the outdoor kitchen, torn out the multilevel planters at the back of the pool and put in an inground spa. Coby copied a picture for the rock waterfall and it turned out perfect. We love the travertine and do not have weeds or mold growing between the squares like we did with the pavers. The pool was resurfaced and is a beautiful dark blue. He matched the granite that is in the kitchen for the outdoor bar. Highly recommend C.M. Custom pools.”

“Waterline Spa is a family owned and run local business who makes their customers feel like family. Dave Sr. sets the tone with his warm smile and genuine personality who aims to please and take care of his customers. Dave's daughter Brandy always has a pleasant voice answering the phone and quickly addresses my needs. She is the backbone of the entire operation and keeps it running smoothly. Dave's son, David, learned everything he knows from his dad, Mr Fix It All. They have helped me at my house over the past few years to get my electric set up for a tub I got from my Mom and service it. After a good few years of use, I decided it was time for an upgrade. Thanks to David letting me know about the year end liquidation sale, I was able to get a beautiful whirlpool spa with a deep discount. I am very pleased with my Nordic Crown and the excellent level of customer service I continue to receive from everyone at Waterline. And a special thanks to Mike, John and Jasmine. Mike, I appreciate you working with me on the price of my new tub and your help with the electric. John, thank you for your help in answering my questions when I was shopping.
