In fact, Neptune was the only pool builder who was recommended to us; every person who had put in a (non-Neptune) pool said they would never recommend their pool builder to anyone! The advice, helpfulness and service we received throughout the process from Neptune (and Dean Jones in particular) was simply outstanding. The build started promptly when they said it would start and proceeded smoothly throughout construction. All the tradesmen were punctual, professional and a pleasure to deal with. There were no contract variations and Neptune's original quote was the final price which we paid. We are extremely happy with the final product and would not hesitate to recommend Neptune to anyone considering putting in a pool.”
