Freedom Pools

My experience with Freedom Pools and the team led by Adam and Natale has been overwhelmingly positive. From the beginning, they demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to delivering a quality product. The design process was collaborative, with Adam and Natale offering valuable insights that enhanced the overall vision for my pool. They were receptive to my ideas and brought creativity to the table, resulting in a design that exceeded my initial expectations. The construction phase was handled efficiently, and the team demonstrated a high level of skill and attention to detail. The communication throughout the project was good, and any minor concerns were promptly addressed. The pool was completed on time, showcasing their commitment to meeting deadlines. The final product is a beautiful addition to my home, and I am thoroughly enjoying the new outdoor space. The quality of the pool construction is evident, and I appreciate the durability and aesthetic appeal of the materials used.

I strongly discourage anyone from using Freedom Pools. I am 12 months into a pool build and still have only a concrete shell. They are not interested in answering phones or emails, and never turn up when they promise they will. This has impacted on our overall build and has been an expensive mistake.

Poor communication, poor planing, Too slow, leaves a mess, leaves many aspects incomplete. So it is now roughly 4 months since approval, and the job is still not finalised. I will update the review if anything changes.
