He is very professional, uses quality tradesman that turn up, is able to think outside the square for overcoming obstacles, and nothing is a problem. Jamie built our pool in our Sanctuary COVE home. The work was completed in 2019 and we now use the pool. The cost was over 100k. The end result exceeded our expectations. Being a first timer when it came to pools, it was important for us to find someone to trust. JB Pool Construction are a professional firm owned and operated by Jamie. It is fantastic to deal with a person who sticks to his word and delivers a timely project. Our pool build was completed without any additional expensive surprises, over 7 working days, although we spread this over many months as our project included further landscaping, concreting, fencing and organising council approval and builder for a pool side gazebo. I had the opportunity of meeting Jamie of JB Pools in 2014 after he was recommended by a fellow licenced builder. This was to construct a pool as part of a 3.5 million dollar home on the Gold Coast. From the minute I met Jamie, I worked out he knew what he was doing. His attention to detail was immediately apparent in the pre construction phase and was backed up by the accuracy on setting out the structure. From there on it was plain sailing through the construction and liaising with the clients to provide their wishes. This home went on to win House of the year at the Master Builders awards. I have not used another pool builder since this project due to the ease and quality product provided by JB Pools. Jamie currently has two pool shells under construction for me on a high end project at Mermaid Beach. Both pools are challenging in their construction and were built during a period where I was overseas, another example of Jamie professionalism and skill without needing any supervision. Jamie of JB Pool Construction built our 21-metre lap pool 3 years ago. The pool is fully automated with QuikClean Xtreme In-Floor Cleaning, Puresilk Chlorine Control & Chromatalyzer system, Sunlover Solar, and auto water leveling. We are extremely happy with the quality of pool construction, the high standard of finishes and the equipment installation. We have found Jamie to be a pleasure to work with and always professional. In addition, he continues to make himself available when needed even though the pool was commissioned 3 years ago. Jamie recommended the In-Floor Cleaning system (given the length and depth of the pool), and it has been one of the best investments we made during the construction of our new house and pool. Over the last 3 years we have never needed to manually vacuum or sweep the pool interior as the In-Floor Cleaning system does such a great job at keeping it clean. We have found that the water flow and circulation helps the solar heating to evenly distribute warm water throughout the pool and there has never been any algae growth in the pool. Wow what can I say about Jamie, Smithy and the team, they where friendly, efficient, professional in all aspects of the construction of our pool from start to finish and the pool looks awesome. We had some trouble with our decking and the council laws so Jamie gave us some advise to get that started which was great so we held the pool up a bit because of this and we didn't think we would have it pebbled or filled before xmas. But once again Jamie and his team got it done 2 days before yey :)) so we where swimming Xmas day. I did my home work regarding pool prices and JB pool constructions where very competitive just the form work on our pool was ridicules as one side had no dirt so it was all form work.
