So hard to know where to start - we had a very short time frame as my daughters engagement party was just around the corner - after a fairly lengthy initial consultation phase, which admittedly I dragged on as well - we then had the founder, Jack, come to visit - well, he pretty much covered off everything we needed to do, how to save some costs and completed a quick redraw and quote to move forward with that night at our home - his son then took over - we were away. I had no problems getting hold of anyone and all workers and staff where professional and efficient. We had a very difficult site to access, but they managed it efficiently and quickly at minimal costs - ultimately we had a beautiful pool, finished and filled a few days before the party - brilliant Majestic and thank-you.

We just had our pool finished. Design amazing .. finished product- fabulous. We have a saying . It's not how you start the race but how you finish. Majestic pool finished awesome. We are delighted with the finished product.. We would recommend majestic pools to everyone. We did a lot of research and decided to go with the most award winning builder. Poor, not organised, took forever, didn't return calls sms or emails, didn't do as promised. Not happy with end results lots of issues. If I could score no stars I would. Do not use.

Our experience with Majestic Pools was terrible. They were slow, expensive, with poor quality finish to the pool. It over 10 months and a QBCC complaint to get the pool finished, despite the contract saying it will be finished in 3 months. One end of our pool is out of the ground and tiled. 70% of the tiles they laid were chipped and their solution was a can of car touch-up paint. They ignored the fact the tiles were laid unevenly and without grout. The tiles then started to fall off. They misread the plans and put pergola footings in the wrong spot, left out 3 concrete walls from the landscaping. Steps were laid unevenly and posed a trip hazard. Retaining walls started leaning over and had to be reinforced. The owner was only interested in the product being functional, not the client being satisfied. Avoid this builder
