Narellan Pools - Sydney

We used Matt and Tim to build a pool back in 2013 and the service was great. However, the equipment they used was terrible and all broke down within 24 months including the pump, pool cleaner and solar heater. I am told this is to be expected with pool equipment. We loved the experience so much that we recommended them to all of our friends. Unfortunately since 2013 they have changed. We recently went to use them again for 2nd pool and the business has changed for the worse. They have grown and have lost the small company family feel. Their staff are less friendly and they now outsource the approval process to a new company who are incredibly hopeless and difficulty to deal with. I think this is a real problem for companies that grow too fast too soon and lose a sense of customer service. Would definitely not recommend them anymore unless they can improve their customer service and subcontractors

I find the team professional, committed and passionate for excellent results. I also find them very innovative and knowledgeable when it comes to understanding the right pool equipment for the right purpose. Understanding the pool pump being the heart of the pool filtration system., their knowledge to offer variable speed pumps which are energy efficient, are some simple examples of selecting the right pool or spa equipment. Pool automation, Smart Phone compatible, water features and mineral pool water are other examples they can offer.
