“We had the underside of our Queenslander completely renovated with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms by Liam, Hyaesil and Ash. Liam's approach from the very beginning by being on time, having a thorough understanding of what's required and his excellent communication endeared us to him and his team. Having had 3 quotes prior to Liam the above was a sigh of relief that we truly had found our builder. From the very first day to the last they were professional, courteous and most of all their dedication to their work was evident. Liam had to work with some structural issues that were there before his team and all of these were handled and completed as though they never existed. We loved their "no challenge is too great" attitude and all of the small details that make up the finished product were well taken into account and completed to an amazing standard. We were always updated with progress reports, schedules of upcoming works and any changes to plan well before any works commenced. We even changed the layout of our kitchen roughly 9 times before settling on the finished design and that was never a problem (not that he'd want to do that again) I feel Liam and his team are a new generation of builder, who's meticulous work ethic and attention to detail means his work will stand the test of time. We have highly recommended him to friends and family and will build with him again for any and all future projects. Note: The underside of our Queenslander was literally just a slab with walls before Liam started with it. As you can see from the attached photos it's very different these days. Even better is that our Airbnb guests absolutely love it.”
