“Bob was recommended by another Realtor, who felt that he was more experienced in our area, and in our type of property. After a preliminary discussion and an onsite review of our property, we signed with Bob. He was to market and sell our house and property. Indeed Bob was experienced not only in our area, but, even more, he felt that we were selling more than just a house with property; we were selling a "life style". After a detailed discussion with him, which included measurements, lists of items, and pictures from more than one source, he put together a listing and a comprehensive brochure. One open house was conducted on the first weekend the house was listed; the house was sold on the 11th day.
