“We had an excellent experience with Luke as our realtor and would highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy/sell! Not only were we first time home buyers, but we were under a time crunch as we wanted to find a home prior to having our first baby. If it wasn’t for Luke’s helpfulness, integrity and dedication, I don’t think we would have found a home in time! Luke was dedicated to helping us find our perfect home and really took the stress out of the situation. He took the time to explain everything to us and answer any questions we had – I would seriously be in contact with him several times each day and he was always patient and willing to explain things to me! We weren’t living in the area where we were buying, but Luke took the time to go to the house and provide us with regular updates throughout the process – he took pictures for us, meet with workers, etc. to make sure everything got done before we moved in. He also has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the Costa Mesa area and was able to provide us with a list of recommended vendors, good restaurants, etc. when we eventually moved in! Luke truly made us feel like we were his only client throughout the entire process. Not only is he an excellent realtor but we became friends with him and trust his opinion and expertise!”

“When i decided to sell our family home, I went directly to Kim Wells. Since I was in uncharted territory I needed someone to walk me through the process. Boy did she! She offered suggestions of things I could do to bring the best return. We worked hard to prep the house. Kim came over whenever she had a spare moment and even helped us paint! When we had done everything we could, in she came. With truckloads of everything from sofas and beds, to pillows and curtains, she transformed the house. My humble house became a showplace! She brought in a professional photographer to take pictures. I couldn't believe my eyes. The following weekend, together we launched a Mega-Open-House. Signs on every corner within a square mile, banners and signs on the lawn, snacks and drinks for the visitors. It was incredible. She also had a few private showings. And, within 10 days, and after several offers, our house sold... over asking price! We were thrilled, to say the least. She walked me through the paperwork, explaining everything in a language I could understand, and that was that. Perfectly painless. Selling a house doesn't need to be a nightmare, if you have the right agent! I cant thank Kim Wells enough. I Highly recommend her!”

“Steve is an excellent realtor. We listed our home for sale after he helped us find our new home. We had a small window of time to get the best offer we could. We quickly had a buyer in place due to Steve's strategic marketing and connections and everything was ready to go. Our buyer dropped out last minute and within hours Steve had another buyer lined up with an even more attractive offer. We didn't even have time to get stressed out! He worked tirelessly for us and we couldn't be happier. We admit we are very picky and high maintenance and he never even blinked. We have since recommended him to family and friends and have gotten great feedback from them as well.”

“It was such a pleasure to work with Todd Bousman! He is a true professional and the level of service he provides is clients is priceless. He really listens to what you want, and what you think you want and keeps tirelessly searching and thinking of other options you weren't think of to find you that perfect home! Being new to the So.Cal. housing market isn't easy, it's quite honestly a SHOCK to 3x as much for half the house as we were used to in the mid-west. However it truly helped to have a professional agent at your side you 100% trust to have your interests in mind, not his own. This is the third home my husband and I have purchased and I have never once felt I could recommend/ nor would use the agents again. However with Todd I would 100% recommend Todd and his team for anyone looking to buy in the OC area. If we ever sell, which I don't plan on, but I know who I would call.”

“We used Laura Basadre to help us find our first home. She was patient throughout the process and always available to answer the myriad of questions we had about the process. She walked us through many potential places, even scouting them on her own to help us narrow down our search. She sent us new lists of properties to consider multiple times a week ensuring we always had a possibility. She was quick to respond and worked to get us appointments as quickly as possible given the competitive nature of the market we were in. Once we found our house, she walked through all the contracts and paperwork. She held our hand through the entire escrow and loan process. She helped us shop for the best possible loan with the lowest interest rate and lowest monthly payment. One closing day she was reading with two copies of our keys and to welcome us to our new home.
