“It has been a fun and educational process for me to work with Ms. Tina Shea in the past couple of months. “My real estate agent, Hollie Felts-Howell worked diligently for me to find just the right retirement, dream home. I told her from the start that I would be hard to please, as my likes and dislikes were very specific. I think she saw that as a challenge and was up for it. A few times I saw homes that I thought would fit the bill and thanks to Hollies' expertise in looking beyond the esthetics, noticed cracks in walls, uneven flooring, water stains due to roof leaks which, I don’t even notice. Her knowledge, for what I call “behind the scenes”, is impressive. No other real estate agent I’ve worked with in purchasing my last 3 homes has been so thorough in this regard.
