“It was such a pleasure to work with Todd Bousman! He is a true professional and the level of service he provides is clients is priceless. He really listens to what you want, and what you think you want and keeps tirelessly searching and thinking of other options you weren't think of to find you that perfect home! Being new to the So.Cal. housing market isn't easy, it's quite honestly a SHOCK to 3x as much for half the house as we were used to in the mid-west. However it truly helped to have a professional agent at your side you 100% trust to have your interests in mind, not his own. This is the third home my husband and I have purchased and I have never once felt I could recommend/ nor would use the agents again.
