“There simply are not enough words to describe how fulfilling our experience was working with Colleen. She spent months with us searching for the perfect home, educating us on neighborhoods, school systems, construction nuances, you name it, she made sure we were aware of it. When we couldn't find the perfect home and decided to build, she pulled a rabbit out of a hat, finding us the perfect builder in the perfect neighborhood (one that, while it was right down the street, we did not even know existed). Colleen fought for us and by our side as we worked through the negotiation process, and had no qualms putting the builder in their place to ensure we were well taken care of and happy. When it came time to sell our home, we listed in what was still a relatively slow market. Her expertise on pricing and marketing were spot on - the house sold in about 2 weeks, for asking price. The sale process was the easiest thing we had ever been through. As it was our first time selling, she walked us through each step, communicating in detail what to expect. Colleen is the culmination of everything you would ever hope for in a realtor, and more. She's an absolute expert, and cares deeply for her clients. We have recommended Colleen to at least half a dozen buyers/sellers since we started working with her a year ago, and will continue to refer her way until the end of time!”

“I closed on a home in Gahanna on June 1, 2015 and Donna was my realtor. I did not know her when I signed on with her--she was recommended through an acquaintance who is a realtor in another area of the state. We quickly got on the same page about what I was looking for and on April 12 (a Sunday) she showed me five homes in Gahanna. Donna has a trained eye for the little things. For instance, a family room had been added to the first home we went through and she noticed that the floor sloped ever-so-slightly downward heading toward the back of the house. In another, she pointed out some of the upgrades that others didn't have, like nicer handles on the kitchen cabinets, etc. She likes to discuss what you're thinking, which helps her to be the best advocate for you that she can be. Once I decided on the house the inspection was done and a potential problem was found that needed to be addressed quickly. I had to go to work after the inspection and was locked into my job for the rest of the day while Donna made contact with a service company and met someone at the house that very afternoon. The potential problem, which Donna and I agreed could have blown a hole in the deal, was quickly remedied by her. In addition to all of these attributes, Donna uses a system that allows her clients to sign papers on-line. She catches the little things, like unchecked boxes or incorrectly worded documents and works well with the other realtor and the lender, etc. Donna told me that she limits the number of clients she takes on so she has time available for them. And she does. She is always within reach when you have a question or concern. If you are looking for someone to guide you through this most important life decision, RUN, don't walk, to Donna Westhoven--before someone else gets there first! Dave in Gahanna”
