“We've been working with Sivage for more than a year now and he's become more than just our real estate agent. He's now part of our family. He was helpful in finding our first investment property. In the GTA real estate market it's not easy to know what kind of property will give you the best ROI so we had a lot of questions going in. He listened to us patiently, answered all our questions, and made sure he understood our requirements and limitations. He filtered out the kind of properties that we were sure to be interested in, so we didn't have to spend too much time going through the MLS listings. He worked within our tight schedules, was always punctual for showings and was very responsive. When we found the property we liked, he gave us a clear picture of what offer would be reasonable and accepted, and what kind of returns we might expect. Right from the time we invested in our rental property Sivage's been a pillar of support. “I was ready to list my house with another agent when someone recommended Wendy Starr to me. I called to meet with Wendy and felt very comfortable with her and she presented pictures and prices of other townhouses that had sold in my area over the past year and ones that were up for sale. This was more than 2 other agents had shown me. She staged my house beautifully. When the offers were presented she was very professional with them. She was very patient with me the whole time the house was listed as I was very nervous about selling my home that I had lived in for over 20 years. I would recommend Wendy to anyone selling.
