“My wife and I have moved six times in our lives. We have dealt with some very good Realtors, but Candace and Keith are by far the best we've ever had the pleasure to have worked with. They are both extremely knowledgeable of the market and were able to steer us in a direction that needed up meeting us $100,000 more than we initially thought we could get. Candace's attention to detail, ability to recommend upgrades without breaking the bank -- i.e. identifying what should be done to sell the house, vs. spending money needlessly on non- essential items -- and network of repair and design professionals made us feel extremely comfortable during what can be a stressful progress. In addition, her marketing techniques, which included staging, professional photos (including from a drone!), ad placements, etc., really put our house air the top of the list. Her husband Keith is also a secret weapon -- he and his team go through the inside and outside of the house and make the repairs that are needed -- and that an inspector would call out. He provides his services as part of their offering for up to 50 hours, which saved us thousands of dollars if we had gone to a third party contractor/repair person. They took care of all of the inspections up front and did a proactive inspection so that the entire deal was "clean" for prospective buyers. Last bu not least, 10 days before closing, we had a major water issue when our washer leaked water all over the wood floors and under the house. They both jumped on it immediately and organized a team to take care of all of the damage, including drying the floors, replacing wet insulation and removing standing water under the house, preparing the food floors, etc. We were able to close and the buyers were very satisfied with the condition of the home. I cannot stress what a great job the Nordstroms did for us from beginning to end.”

“Kim is our best friend in the real estate business! She helped us buy our first house in 2010 - looking out for the inexperienced greenhorns in a down market that was still a bit shaky. Now, over the past year, she helped us buy a super-high demand lot, and build our dream home by connecting us with an excellent architect, a awesome builder, and personally spending time - months after closing the purchase - to help with design choices, colors and even decorations. We just moved in into our new home, we wouldn't dare go down the path of custom build with 2 young kids and 2 demanding careers without Kim on our side. Kim has a great sense for what the buyers and seller are looking for. She managed to make our offer stand out (without it being the highest offer), by using clever offerings like free longer-than-normal rentback, which was great for sellers, and great for us.
