“In December 2023, I engaged the services of Mark and his team of Josh, Paulo, & Tua, to replace an old tiled roof on our house and garage with a new Colourbond roof. Heidi was crucial and very efficient in arranging and communicating the dates, times and payment process, while Mark led his crew over the course of a week, to ensure the job was completed on time and the workmanship was of the highest standard. The team respected both our property and my family whilst they were onsite and they worked through some extremely hot days with temperatures reaching up to 39 degrees. We couldn't be happier with the professional service each of them provided, with the end product being a beautiful roof that not only looks great but is sure to withstand the test of time along with all the elements that mother nature is sure to throw at it. The pricing was very competitive compared to the other ten quotes I received from potential roofers. Mark was refreshingly transparent when he was onsite assessing the quote for the works, which bought a sense of trust that I feel is rare when dealing with (some) tradies. “Couple months ago started comparing quotes for plantation shutters and went with these guys. Sales person was professional and definitely knew shutters insideout, if not a bit pushy. Was going to settle with a different company who were a bit cheaper but their shutters had no shutters without floor tracking systems + estimated installation was too long at the time. Decided to go with them on the day, ended up getting bi-folds for most of downstairs and the bathroom. Had plans just to frost the glass for the bathrooms but after being told the plantations used for bathrooms are waterproof decided to go for that too. installers were friendly and didn't make a mess, follow up call from customer service was also appreciated.”
