Braden, the owner, spent a great deal of time and effort compiling a quote, to the point that a number of his tradespeople viewed the house in advance of the quote to ensure that the costings were accurate. The quotes we received from other builders were made after a short visit to the house and were ball-park figures of that the build might cost.. Braden's quote was extremely detailed and it was easy to see exactly what we were paying for. The build started on time (the job before ours finished exactly when it was supposed to) and moved at an amazing speed. All trades on site were expertly managed and the quality of work at all times was above and beyond what we had expected. Braden is a perfectionist and he is perpetually assessing the work of the tradespeople and insists on a very high standard of work from his whole team. The build has moved ahead without any problems and we are due to finish ahead of schedule and on budget with a finished project that we are delighted with. We were fearful before the start of our build, as we had heard many nightmare stories from friends of building projects that had gone wrong. But we didn't need to worry.
