She came and inspected the house and i discussed the feel i wanted for putting it on the market. We threw around some ideas and she left knowing exactly what i wanted. She came out again to the house and measured up to make sure that on the day the furniture came it all went smoothly. Which it did. As part of the service, Bec would go into the house and make sure everything was as it should be prior to inspections. She also helped the photographer get optimal photos for marketing. “We used Blend design to sell our home in Fitzroy North. It was a tricky job because it was almost 400 sqm over 3 levels with the ground floor being a commercial business office space. So it needed to look like it could be an office or an apartment while upstairs had to look like a nice home. Anna was great in styling the place with furniture and art that lifted the look without being a distraction. The furniture supplied was good quality not just IKEA rubbish. In a flat market we sold the place in under 3 weeks leaving us wondering if we should have asked a higher price. “Kylie from KE Decoration & Design P/L turned our daughters nursery into a gorgeous little girls room. Kylie was easy to contact, by phone and e-mail and always quick to respond. She gave us lots of ideas, was open to ideas from my partner and I and then she let us control how far we wanted to take it (i.e., did we want to do a full room make over or just a few key items). Kylie was great at mapping out the room so we could see where everything would go and how it would fit as well as showing us pictures of rooms with similar styles so we could see the vision. She helped us source items that were within our budget and even showed us how we could make a couple of items ourselves, that were high impact, and saved us a lot of money (Such as using material to cover the Pelmet and artwork board). Kylie was always respectful and constantly kept our daughter and her needs/wants in mond. I cannot recommened Kylie highly enough and I will be calling on her services again when my newborn needs a new bedroom!”
