“We ordered our custom shutters from Rockwood Shutters through Home Depot. They came out and did an initial measurement for a quote and then once we decided to pull the trigger they came back for a more precise measurement by the person who would be doing the installation. Measuring for plantation shutters isn't easy and they're not an inexpensive option so this was something we wanted to leave to the pros. They were great and I'd definitely recommend them. Extremely knowledgeable about the product and super friendly. Not only were they great with the install and product but they were just genuinely nice people which to me is very important when someone is in your home. Would definitely use them again.”

Working with the Face 2 Face consultant gave me confidence in the selection process..everything from what type of window covering to fabric choices. Everything was shipped in a timely manner and well-packaged. The easy to follow instructions included in the packaging were very helpful. The curtains and blinds are custom made to fit the windows in my home and are very well constructed. Blinds.com was sure to follow up after delivery, offering their help and services should I need them. I HIGHLY recommend Blinds.com”

“Dear Edie, Just a line or two to say "thank you". So glad Google helped me find you. Several years had passed since you helped me choose a fabric for a chair that needed to be reupholstered. I was flooded on April 17th. First thought--"What do I do to fix all this??" I phoned you and the rest leaves me with a good memory. You sounded so compassionate--and came to me on April 21st. Then brought me tile and carpet samples from KB Floors--(Nice, nice people). I'm glad you knew them. You put me in touch with Lee, the plumber. I liked him. Then you did an outstanding job helping me choose paint colors, even painting poster board so I could visualize what it'd look like on the walls. I loved your idea about the rug in the den. I didn't have to go shopping for one. You made it so easy. I couldn't have managed these past five months without you. Words cannot express how much I appreciate your guidance. Couldn't have done it without you. There needs to be more people like you and less people like most people. Love you, Jo P.S. And by the way, you certainly made it easy for the painters by stapling the paint color to the poster board and then writing the room or rooms where that color would be used. You're GOOD!”

“Linda was very helpful and went beyond what a customer would expect for assistance with blinds. She brought white curtains with small tension rods (did not mark my newly painted widow wood) to protect me my privacy until the blinds arrived. She was personable and caring. I really needed her reassurances with changes happening in my life. I appreciated her genuine help with all my needs. Gentleman who put up blinds took off shoes and adjusted each blind as I critiqued the placement. thank you”
