“I have had a 2 story house fitted with White PVC Plantation Shutters from Franklyn Blinds, Sales Rep and installer had a QLD Government Blue card so wife was a bit more at ease during consultation and installation as we have small children running around. Was the only company I received a quote from that could provide a written warranty, all others where only verbal”

He provided a professional and understanding service at quotation stage and then at installation was meticulous in his execution. Even when they had problems fitting shutters to a tricky corner window, the kept me up to date on the job status and also went the extra mile to purchase a special tool to remove the existing security screens in place. “From start to finish, the plantation shutters purchased from InHome Decore went super smoothly. Initial phone conversations, sending photos to confirm the install site, the quote and ETA, the delivery and then installation - I could not have asked for more! Ross answered my questions quickly and with obvious industry knowledge - really helps put your mind at rest for a big investment at home. Due to the Christmas break the expected arrival was late January - the pallet and large mailing tubes arrived 2 days before Christmas! The guys had to bring a forklift to unload and were so helpful in getting it all around into the back yard - they really went above and beyond, and this was all inclusive in the purchase price of the shutters. I would highly recommend Ross and Gwendolyn of InHome Decor to anyone.”

“I am a very happy repeat customer of Anderson's, and they always have the same great team there to help which I love. The decorators are very helpful, and have great ideas and professional advice that is always personal to my budget and preferences. Without them I’d feel overwhelmed with all the options (I don’t think there is a fabric sample they don’t have!), and the best bit, it’s all part of the service. Everything is made in-house and always comes out looking beautiful and just feels like custom luxury no matter how much I've spent. They also come and install professionally with no fuss. Highly recommend!”

“I would highly recommend Alice and her company to anyone who would like a professional, courteous, and prompt delivery of her amazing window furnishings, Alice is a joy to work with, she always exceeds expectation and the quality of the products she provides is exceptional. I have used Alice's services to provide both curtains and blinds to several of my clients and in each case, the client was thrilled with the result and very happy that the cost was reasonable. I even asked her once to make a tablecloth to cover a billiard table in the same fabric and design as the curtains she made for the room, and although it is not what she is usually asked to do, she was very happy to oblige.
