I chose the Hunter Douglas Pirourette blinds for the entire house. The elegance it added to the feel of each room is unbelievable. The service, craftsmanship and professionalism of this company goes beyond and above what a client wants and needs. Thank you to Alex, the owner, Kimberly, the showroom manager, and to Jimsal, the installation professional, we could not be more pleased with the outcome. These are not just blinds, they add an artistic and elegant quality to the house. Since this is our retirement home, I could never have envisioned it as lovely as it is turning out. “When I called Rick from West Window Fashions and left a message he immediately returned my call. My budget was a little tight so after discussing the options for my home he made me aware of the different manufactures he offered. I wasn't aware that there are other manufactures that make similar products to Hunter Douglas that are more affordable. He also help me understand how to maximize my dollar. In my case I wanted the Hunter Douglas Shutter so he helped me find a way to make them work. We went with the Hunter Douglas Shutters for the front of the house and Master Bedroom and off brand honey combs for my sons room who works nights. For the rest of the house that doesn't get much use we went with a off brand faux wood to save money. Thanks for the help Rick I really appreciate it!”

“For years, I have been listening to the clickety clack of my vertical blinds. They were ugly and covered our beautiful Anderson large, sliding door. So I contacted Kimberly Landino of Smith & Noble. Now I have beautiful, single-pleated drapes that compliment our sliding glass door that opens out to our lovely yard. Kimberley helped so much in picking out the right type of window covering for my style and this particular window. Her ideas were spot on. She is a pleasure to work with and her professionalism much appreciated. She patiently showed me many swatches of material and helped me pick the perfect material, backing, and hardware. Her recommendation to begin the drapes further up the wall made a big difference in that the room now looks larger. She saw the process through the installation. Now even my husband wants the bedroom sliding door done, so we'll be using Kimberly again soon!”
