“We were so happy to have found Vicki at Room by Room, and her level of professionalism and knowledge made us feel we were in good hands. And we were! We not only appreciated her advice for drapes on previously bare windows, but Vicki has also been able to help us amend window coverings in two other rooms with different sets of problems, working along with what is already in place to give much better results. The curtains and blind were measured and competitively quoted with a minimum of fuss and arrived much quicker than other places I had dealt with. We are so happy with the results. Vicki also gave us tips on how to improve existing things like furniture and print placements in our home, explaining the reasoning behind her ideas. Her suggestions made a world of difference! We could hardly believe how such small tweaks had such a big visual impact. It is no surprise that we cannot recommend Vicki highly enough.”

“Thanks for such a fantastic service - all the choices you could imagine for quality fabric and at the best prices. Having samples sent out is incredibly helpful. I have been making curtains and sheers for my home and had bad experiences in the past ordering large quantities that turn up damaged and non- continuous (5m here, 2m there) creating lots of waste. As soon as you order from Ideal Drape Makers you get an email confirming what cuts you plan to make and they make sure there won’t be dramas with the fabric! The sheers have completely transformed the home and the colour and quality is perfection. We have timber ceilings, creamy walls and terracotta tiled floors so picking a colour was tricky but I am so happy with the fabric choice - I went with the Warwick Chios Kasos Flax and it’s perfect. Thank you very much Nancy.”
