Stay away . The Most dishonest business we ever dealt with. Zero customer service and lies and more lies. Do not purchase anything form this totally dishonest Ross Parker. Bought aluminium shutters in June 2019 and paid $5,500 deposit . Ross advised shutters would take about 6 weeks. Five weeks in asked for an update, got no answer , a month later emailed again for update and got no answer. First contact from Mr Parker was end of August almost 12 weeks from ordering with invoice demanding balance saying the shutters would be arriving next week. I told Ross I would not pay until goods had arrived. Next day got another demand for balance advising the shutters arrived the previous week. I was highly suspicious and advised I would only pay the balance on installation as per the order. Got a third demand for the balance and again refused. Ross asked for 21!! days to organise the installer, ridiculous considering the install could be organised with a phone call. I generously gave him 7 days to organise. 13 days later no install and no shutters. Then got an email advising that they should be arriving at the end of the month ( the end of september)! This man tells so many lies he can't remember what he has told the client previously. I demanded my deposit back but he refused. Thankfully I paid with my credit card so the bank did a chargeback and ruled in my favour. So end of October and still no shutters but at least I got my money back finally In response to Ross Parkers remarks, I have an email from him dated 2nd September where he states and I quote. "The shutters have all arrived and are in our warehouse waiting to be sent to our installer" Not sure how that can be when he emailed me on 16th September advising they would be arriving at the end of the month. Not sure how I can refuse installation of shutters that he does not have to install!!! Also I do not do childminding on the sunshine coast and has nothing to do with the lies he tells daily. See previous reviews with all the same issues. We can't all be wrong.

Terrible customer service. No after installation service, even when faults occurred within 12 months. Initial measurements taken by Ross were wrong and the installer had to make adjustments on site (he was very good - but frustrated by working with wrong sizes.

Abysmal customer service! Ordered shutters in December, paid 50% and was promised them by the end of February 2018 at the latest. I emailed Ross in mid February 2018 for a progress report and when I didn't get a response, I called him. He told me that the shutters would be in Brisbane at the end of the following week (23rd Feb). On 1st March, after no further contact from Ross, I again called and was told that the shutters would be in Brisbane and the final payment request would be sent the following week and the shutters delivered the following week. It's midway through the following week and still no contact from Ross and no shutters. I have demanded a full refund and cancellation of the order and still no contact from Ross. My next action will be to take my case to Fair Trading and probably the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal. I would recommend avoiding dealing with this business at all cost! Update 4/4/18: After several more calls and delivery date promises, the shutters finally arrived on 29/3/18. All communications had to be instigated by me except where I was asked for money and the shutters were 5 weeks late from the original promised date. No installation instructions but packaged well.

Totally recommend. The team at inhome décor provide a great service , price and advice. I recently purchased Plantation blinds for our house. With their experience and knowledge they were able to give me the right advice to make sure I received the best product to suit my requirements and budget .

I had a great experience in dealing with Ross and the team. I command the team on their customer service and communication. I purchased bi-fold shutters. It can often be daunting purchasing these type of items online but was very satisfied with the service and product. My queries were always responded to and the delivery arrived in the expected time frame.

I emailed and asked for a quote for PVC Shutters for my bedrooms. The rep came the next day and measured up and quoted the same day. We accepted the quote as it was a realistic price, and when the shutters came the installer came and did a very professional job. We are very pleased with the whole job and will get them when we get some more windows furnished.

I purchased Plantation Shutters from InHome Décor and can only describe my experience as hassle free. The communication was great and the entire process was conducted with the utmost professionalism. Delivery was prompt, the product was exactly as described and extremely well protected during the shipping process. They were easy to install and look fantastic. They were also $1100 cheaper than another quote I had organized.

Needed a solution for western facing bedroom windows. Quote was organised quickly and very professional. InHome Decor's quote was financially more competitive. Installation happened 6 weeks after booking due to Christmas delays. I am super impressed with the finished quality and functionality which now gives me privacy and solves the blinding afternoon sun issues. Happy customers here!

Great service and the Louvers look fantastic. It takes 6 weeks from the date you place your order before delivery and generally we have found delivery time reasonable. We self installed and had a few little issues that we fixed either over the phone or an installer called in to help. We were so pleased with the product we placed another order.
