“We downsized and bought a house that needed an update. I wanted a fresh contemporary look but still had furniture from our other house and did not have a clear vision. I did not want to make expensive mistakes so I got Vicki from Room by Room to help me with the project. Vicki assessed the house, how we live and my furniture. She listened to my ideas and steered me in the right direction. We decided that my decorating style was a calming natural look with texture and pattern. I created a mood board and Vicki sourced wallpaper, rugs, fabrics for curtains, cushions, and upholstery. We moved some of the furniture around into different positions and I had the couch in the reception room reupholstered in a gorgeous linen fabric from Warwick. Vicki had cushions made to tie the couch in with another armchair I already had. They were beautifully made with lovely piping. We are now moving on to the lounge room and I am looking forward to getting the curtains made. I highly recommend Vicki's professional service and generous advice. She has the ability to present you with options that you would never have thought of that really work within your budget. I now have the confidence to create a lovely new home.”

“Sometime ago I was looking to sell my existing property and was looking for a new set of curtains which would be artistically matched to my home and also really make the look of it "pop". After contacting Ideal Drape Makers, I was contacted by Nancy who was a complete pleasure to deal with. After a no nonsense and free quote, I commissioned IDM to completely refit my entire home. I couldn't be more pleased with the results, in terms of quality, fabric, and overall look. A total A+, a great price, and I'd do business with them again without hesitation.”
