Shutterup Blinds And Shutters

I was so disappointed with the result that I would strongly recommend not using Shutter Up. I provided a clear brief to let as much light in and lose as little of the view as possible. My home is now darker and the window significantly smaller due to the 12mm solid, stabilising panel (rails) at the top and bottom of the louvres inside the window. Trusting this company, they did not disclose that I would lose 24cm of my windows. When I raised my dissatisfaction to the salesperson, she tried to compare them to the rails on my bifold door shutters (not a window) which are actually around half the width the shutters they installed. She also let me know they didn’t tell me because I didn’t ask about the rails - I’m not a shutter tradesperson which is why I contracted them to deliver on my brief. After wasting thousands of dollars and asking what could be done, I was told all the emails and information would be passed on to the manager ‘for him to contact you mid next week’. I never heard another thing. This level of contempt for customers shows the absence of any after sales customer service and reflects poorly on Shutter Up’s integrity. Buyer beware, shop elsewhere !
