We couldn't be more happy with the service from Natalie and her team at Taits Interiors. We were long overdue for replacing our curtains throughout our whole home. Natalie came to our home and spent 3-4 hours with us giving us ideas and showing us fabrics. We never felt pushed and she never disagreed with our ideas but gently suggested her own thoughts which were of course much better and gave a more flowing look and feel throughout. Curtains, blinds and plantation shutters arrived on time and were installed by very professional contractors. We are more than happy with the end result and could not be more impressed with the service from consultation/measurement/ordering/installation. We would absolutely recommend Natalie and her team to anyone thinking of redecorating their home.

Natalie at Taits Interiors is a pure and simple expert in her field of interior design! She has an innate sense of what is going to look fabulous and can communicate all the pros and cons around the range of fabrics available. She has an exceptional eye for colour and texture. During our initial offsite discussions about my requirements for Roman blinds, I described the types of patterns and colours I liked, sent photos of the rooms where they would go and finally sent a couple of pictures from the internet to give her some ideas before she travelled down to the Mornington Peninsula see us. My husband and I couldn’t believe that it was the very first fabric sample that she presented, along with many others, that was the “right” one! Go figure. Natalie is a professional through and through. She listened to our ideas, made really useful suggestions about the general dynamics of the rooms. And finally presented us with the most fabulous automated Roman blinds. Her team of tradespeople are professional, respectful and excellent at their jobs. It was my mother who put me on to Natalie at Taits Interiors many years ago. My sister has also recently had Natalie work on curtains at her home. We all agree, there’s no question as to who would be our go-to interior design expert! We would certainly recommend Natalie for any interior design project.

I found Natalie to be approachable, available, communicable and responded quickly asap to phone call and or texts. Due to post Covid she had to juggle with staff shortage thus delaying my order. The blinds were installed efficiently and professionally. The drapes were professionally hung a few months later. Natalie’s aftercare consisted of an inspection and any concerns, discussed. Despite her personal hardship Natalie’s professional approach and care is commendable. I would definitely recommend and would use Taits again.

We've had Taits do our recently renovated home with new curtains and blinds throughout and the finished product has come up stunning. Natalie has a great eye for detail and design ideas that really help. Taits have done a few jobs for us now and it won't be the last.

Taits Interiors is the best. Natalie’s deigns and fabric choices were excellent. In fact she has now furnished both our house in the country and our Melbourne apartment. She listened to our needs and talked through our requirements, ensuring that her choices were sympathetic to the different styles of home and how we use them. Even with the huge difficulties we experienced in Melbourne with the protracted Covid 19 lockdowns in 2020, my job for redoing all the internal curtains and blinds in my home ran really smoothly and to schedule. We first used Taits Interiors well over thirty years ago and when the time came to redecorate out home we naturally turned to Taits again. We had no idea of what curtains to choose. Natalie came out to our home and gently guided us to a few possible choices from her many samples. Without her personalised service we would have been floundering. Not only did she supply curtains but also cushions and a tablecloth to enhance our decor. We have now used Natalie's sevices three times recently. The last time was for a small job and Natalie provided the same high standard service as she did for our larger jobs. She would always be the person we would turn to when redecorating out home.

Taits Interiors have completed two projects for us, one a set of beautiful curtains for the master bedroom and the other a set of Roman blinds for our living room. A third room is underway, more curtains for the lounge! In all my many dealings with Natalie she has been extremely professional, very helpful and has produced dozens of fabric books and samples for us to make our selections. She has not been ‘pushy’ at all, instead bringing many ideas to us, but also allowing us time to explore our own ideas with an amazing range of fabrics in all price points. The finished product in both rooms so far are stunning! Everyone who visits comments on the beautiful fabrics and the quality of workmanship. Every detail down to the curtain tracks is perfect. Our curtains and blinds were installed within about 7 weeks of ordering, even though fabric had to imported. I would highly recommend Natalie for her professionalism and work ethic.
