“Having moved from interstate, I did not know any of the local builders but Michael was one of 3 builders who quoted for my build. Of the 3, his layout & presentation was excellent; he was ready to listen to & consider my ideas; he undertook quite a lot of research into the various things I wanted in my home and either went with my ideas or had other options if they weren't suitable. His workmanship was excellent and whilst the build took a little longer than expected, the delay was to do with arrival of materials and availability of various tradesmen. Overall the build came in a little over budget but this was due to my requests for additional work or for different products. I have no hesitation recommending Michael to anyone and frequently refer to him even now, 3 years after moving into my home.”
