I am able to work out difficult design solutions with their representative Tony Contreras early so that I know when it comes time to measure and install the large pieces of glass it will be done right. I've had other companies come into a project and change the design without discussing it with me or the homeowner, if there is a design change needed, Tony will be sure to discuss it with me first. “I used Dan to redo our small bathroom and was so impressed with his honesty, integrity and communication. He cleaned up every day after working and our bathroom looks fantastic. He helped us install a new shower, new tile, new toilet and vanity as well as putting in a heat lamp and heated towel rack. I really love the radiant heat floor he put in as well. He was really patient with any mistakes we made and kept to our budget which was quite reasonable. We will definitely use him again when we're ready for our next bathroom remodel.”

“I honestly don't know what I'd do if Frank wasn't around. We call him to problem-solve constantly in our two stores and in my home. These old NYC and Brooklyn buildings are gorgeous, but they're basically falling down around us. Add in a bunch of landlords' bad decisions, and you gotta have someone who can make things right. Over the years Frank has hung shelves, built storage systems, rewired buzzers, fixed leaks, repaired lighting systems, built entire display cases from scratch, replaced floors, painted interiors and exteriors, installed sinks, and did it all reliably, fast, and with a smile. His problem solving abilities are legendary. He never says "no" or "I can't do it" - he finds a way to educate himself about the issue, does research, and comes up with the best solution possible and then GETS IT DONE. He is the best. Don't hesitate in hiring him. It took me 15 years in NYC to find a good handyman I am happy to say Frank is it. He's like a secret weapon!”

“Henry and his crew rescued a very complicated railing job that had been mismanaged by another company. Henry came in and assessed the situation, giving us an accurate estimate of the time required and cost, and he fit us in to his busy schedule right away. He and his crew then figured out all where all the parts went and what was missing, and they worked closely with our contractor to handle certain areas that were tricky, either due to coding issues or physics. They were all very professional, knowledgable, and pleasant to work with. I'd hire them again in an instant, and recommend them highly.”

“Angel Castro was referred to me by a friend and I really appreciated the referral. He is very honest and his work quality is excellent. He was able to save me money on one of the jobs that he did for me because he discovered that part of a project could be salvaged without reducing the quality. He puts his client's best interest before his own. The only problem with Angel is that he is very much in demand. If he can do a job for you, you would be smart to grab him.”
