“Bill and Troy were great to work with, they provide a detailed quote for the new deck railing and installation and the end price was as quoted. The installation was done in 3 days and the end result was amazing. The new railing completely changed the look of our decks, we receive compliments every day and a few neighbours and local contractors have chosen Island View Railings for they own project. “We hired Cameron and his team, to help us get our home "ready" for sale. They communicated very well, promptly answering our questions and addressing our concerns. As the small reno got going, some changes we had not anticipated had to be made and Cameron and his team were great at providing suggestions and alternate solutions, never making us feel that we were slowing them down! They were trustworthy and reliable! Additionally, they were professional and took pride in their work; only walking away when they were pleased with the job, and when they felt we were satisfied, which we valued immensely! “Condoworks is who you call when you want to transform your bland developer-grade place into a beautiful stylish home. The owner of the company personally lead his team in renovating our 1700 sq ft (1000+ sq ft outdoor space) condo-- this included the kitchen, 4 rooms, and 3 bathrooms. We tore out everything developer grade except the floors and started from scratch. I have nothing but the most amazing things to say about the whole team, they built us the dream home we have always wanted. When I was introduced to the company by my designer, the pandemic had already thrown the world into a tizzy but we somehow made it work with all the weird supply chain issues, timeline modifications, and b.s. in the background that I was shielded from. I was impressed with the continuous communication and collaboration between us during the whole process (even responding to those random request texts at midnight). When working with the team, you really do trust their process, they went ahead and fixed crooked walls and random "developer quality" issues without even me knowing it was an issue, the costing and billing were fair for the huge job that this was. Needless to say, the pictures of the finished products speak louder than words so I will just let everyone feast their eyes instead of reading my clumsy words.
