“My wife and I had a large curved stairway redone by Bay Area Stairs, and are very pleased with the results. Eric initially came out to see what we hoped to do and the look we were aiming for. He came up with some additional ideas we had not even considered, which we incorporated into the project. After agreeing to the bid, the work was done by superb workmen, who were highly skilled, took great care to make sure everything was done exactly right, and who were very attentive to minimizing the disruption to our home during the work process. Every step of the way, Eric was in contact with us about schedules and timing, which we really appreciated. And the final product: awesome. So much better than we were expecting. “We lost our home in a wildfire in 2021. Installing our stairs was the last job needed, in order to be able to move in. We considered ordering all that we needed from an online company. Then we found C&L Stairs and Millwork. They were responsive to our phone calls, provided a materials bid in a few days, and installed our stairs when we decided the job was too difficult for us to do. Colin showed up to install our stairs the day after Christmas and the day after New Years, when some of our other contractors weren't available. We are extremely pleased with the finished product.”
