She provides names and contacts of reliable tradies and firms, and is involved in the process all the way. It was Gillian who introduced me to the fabulous Houzz site, and together we built up a style file for the lounge area and the bathroom and powder room. She was able to liaise with the plumber so that we could understand what he meant with all the technical specs, and went around with him to make sure we were getting what we wanted when he came to measure and quote. Although we have not yet started the bathroom renovation, we have updated our kitchen dining area and it looks fantastic. I thoroughly recommend her services.”

This included designing an ensuite bathroom, main bathroom and new kitchen, plus sourcing all lights, flooring, finishes and fittings for a 3-bedroom house with an outdoor pool-room/studio. Alison began by making sure she understood our functional needs as a family of four, as well as our aesthetic style, and then worked within the possibilities of the house itself and our budget to achieve a beautiful, usable space.
