Artisan Exterior

We had an issue w the quality of the stones and Artisan Exterior went above and beyond to rectify our concerns. We are very impressed w Nick the manager of Artisan Exterior Artarmon who communicated promptly with us and organised replacement. Our project have turned out beautifully using Artisan’s stones.

The product looks great but everything after payment was a nightmare. Had a pallet arrive that had clearly been hit with a forklift. Was told to accept a few damaged tiles as part of the process...

Update: today I received a call from the central office (only 3 days after posting a 2 star review) concerning the feedback and concerns described below. The response was very professional and they discussed our issue resulting in a meaningful and fair solution. We continue to be very impressed with the product which looks great. Original feedback. The travertine pavers are beautiful and of excellent quality. Unfortunately the quote was overestimated and Artesan have not been very helpful with processing returns. Some items were decided completely unrefundable, after more than a month to consider. For the remainder (agreed for refund), the payment is yet to be processed and we are still waiting after several more weeks.

High quality products and the best service from a supplier I have ever experienced. Courteous and helpful not only to other businesses but also any clients we might send their way. I would absolutely recommend working with this company

I have visited Artisan Stone recently as my pool builder strongly recommended this company. Staffs are really helpful and the pool tiles are great. They got large displays which helped me to make the decision easily. I bought about 125m2. The ones I liked was called Narooma. It is a very attractive blue coloured glass tiles. I am very happy. They got delivered early this week. They arrived on time as promised. Thank you very much to Artisan stone team.
