As a DIY landscaping project around a new pool - we utilised Better Exteriors to supply the travertine pavers and all associated products required to install. I found the staff, Mark, Aurelia and Adam to be fantastic, friendly and very generous in providing DIY tips for my project. The quality of the pavers was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company to any DIY homeowners or Landscapers alike. But don't just take my word for it, make time and visit their showroom yourself, and after seeing their range of products and dealing with the staff, I'm sure you'll arrive at a similar conclusion to myself. I placed an order for custom pool copping bluestone in early October 2016. I was promised a delivery in 4-6 weeks. And I paid deposit in advance. Until now everything was good. I have been given multiple delivery dates but non were fulfilled. I ended up paying for builder who was lined up to do the work. Below is the lists of issue: 1- Delivery They finally confirmed that the delivery was going to happen on 23 December (after 11 weeks). So I had a tiller booked for that day, but then I got a call from the delivery company that they can’t deliver the custom pieces until 28 December. I had to pay the tiller for the lost time and rebooked him for later date. 2- All custom pieces were cut wrong-side-up I was able to work with the square corners only with help of tiller. 2 pieces of steps-comer (~45%) were not able to fit unless we use those with wrong side up. and 1 corner piece was cut too close that it didn't not allow any over handing on the pool. Now the finish of these two pieces looks completely different to the rest of the pieces because I ma using these worng-side up. Also the edges of the custom pieces were not cut straight. 3- Skimmer box piece was just rubbish (un-useful). I couldn’t;t use this piece…the tiller had to work with some of his other pieces. - Inside edge was not rounded (no bullnose). - the back edges were not cut straight… I chase up this issue with them from December and until today (April 2017) and still they have not taken any steps to resolve this issue. I will not go again to this shop and will not recommend this to any one.

Owner/operator promised a particular product in stock (DryTreat Intensifia 1q) asked me to pay in advance over the phone for next day pick up. Drove almost an hour to discover no product in stock and the clown trying to upsell me.. BUYER BEWARE
