James, the owner is great at communicating and executing the desired finished look and aesthetic that I wished to achieve. I am so grateful to have had a great experience with this renovation. I would definitely hire these guys again. It's hard to find people you can trust in the construction business and James always had a reasonable price and his guys always executed with quality materials and experience.”

“Jeramie (the owner) & Jose (the job foreman) are absolutely now & forever on my list of favorite subcontractors. If only every worker who came to my house were so fabulous my life would be so much better... I hired Jeramie because I was super impressed by the artistry of his work for Judy Kameon, the celebrity garden designer, at a number of her sites. I don't see a lot of concrete walls that I would call beautiful, but as it turns out, a lot of the walls around Los Angeles that are Pinterest-worthy, are actually his work! In addition to building a 5 foot retaining wall at the back of my property that would keep the hillside behind my house from falling down on me, Jeramie also rebuilt the damaged front porch of my 100 year old bungalow to period-specific perfection. These two jobs sound simple, but the engineering required for my hillside property, was crazy-making. With concrete work, there's no easy or cheap fix if you screw up. You pretty much have to scrap everything & start over from scratch if a city inspector doesn't like the work. When it comes to the human labor element of concrete work you really do get what you pay for. No, Jeramie is not cheap. However, his expertise saved me--at minimum--$5000 because I did not have to get a soil report or testing for my job. Also, I did not have to install a hideous $3000 swale across my backyard to divert water to the street because of his superior knowledge of LA's new Green Building Codes. Jeramie is worth paying for.”

“We had our carpad extended to the driveway with pavers and a retaining wall in front of our guest cottage. A beautiful job for both projects. The extention of the carpad beautifully matched - can't tell where the new work is added. The front retaining wall blends with the wall in front of the main house. Work was done quickly, efficiently and beautifully. Kobi Dan from Treeium Outdoor Living and his crew are easy to work with and do a great job.”

“I used Andrei to renovate my living room and kitchen and install a new fireplace surround. I am very happy with his innovative suggestions, and work his crew did in my house looks just phenomenal! We did not even expect that planed remodeling can so dramatically change the whole look of the house. They work fast, clean and the quality just high class. We love everything they have done. Isaiah and his team lead, Chris, had excellent design ideas, and they went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the project. They dealt professionally with our pool resurfacing contractor to coordinate scheduling issues. It was a pleasure to work with them and with Julie, their office manager. Bautista Concrete was recommended to us, and the estimate they provided was 20-25% lower than an estimate we received from another contractor.
