“Kevin was fantastic from our first meeting and he made the entire process of renovating much smoother for us. We transformed our house into a 4 bd, play room, and 3 bathroom house. Kevin took my wife and I through the design process and it was amazing. He began by spending 2 hrs the first time we met, sitting at our dining table, after kids were in bed. During this time he was getting to understand us and to get a feel for our lifestyle to work out what was important to us. Once we had the brief done then he came back for another 2hr session, again after the kids were in bed, and he presented us with options. To be honest we fell in love with the sketches and it felt like he had been reading our minds. It was unbelievable. Kevin then helped us with the tender process and I still recall the reactions from the builders with respects to the degree of detail in the drawings. This allows the builders to provide more accurate estimates and it would lead to fewer disputes during the build process. This saved me on a number of occasions. “My wife and have recently finished building our new family home in Walkerville, and cannot recommend Prostruct highly enough. We first spoke to Rob Tricker of Prostruct in early 2015, after our plans had been approved by council. He was very keen for the work, and had a competitive quote to us within a fortnight. Work commenced in July 2015. We were renting a property with a lease expiring in July 2016. Rob said the home would be finished well before then. He was right- completed March'16, and we moved in a few weeks later. An 8 month build! The project wasn't rushed- he's just highly organized. Each day Rob would text photos of the work being done, and provide a summary of what was planned for tomorrow. I don't remember a day that Rob was not on site- Sunday included. The site was always clean and immaculate, and his subcontractors were of high quality and well supervised. Rob Tricker is a very, very good builder. His attention to detail is spectacular. He works hard, and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Our finished home is lovely. The quality is superb. In addition, the after sales service is equally impressive.
