“Complete kitchen renovation including the relocation of an external door and sanding / polishing existing floorboards in 2 rooms. All whilst we were away on holidays for 6 weeks. Company was very professional. The work done was of terrific quality. Dealing with the company whilst we were overseas was quite painless and they kept us informed every step of the way. Particular kudos goes to Maddison whom I dealt with a lot. She was always helpful, friendly and knew her customer service principles - which I did find lacking when dealing with another person in the company. So whilst there were a couple of issues during the clean up and defect reporting, they were (in the scheme of things) minor and were more to do with personality than workmanship. The finished kitchen is great and we have no qualms about recommending this company. In fact, we would use them again for our future bathroom renovation. The work really is top-notch and a testament to the Tradies they use.”

“I was originally referred to Justin (Bayview) from a friend and was immediately impressed during our first meeting by his previous portfolio and his creativity and detail. He was frank with his thoughts, expectations, and was willing to work within our budget. The way he described both his working style and his design style were spot on to what we got so there weren't a lot of surprises there. We hired Justin to do a half tear down and rebuild of our 100 year old worker's cottage in Balmain and we also ended up gutting most of the house. We had Bayview not only design the place, but also project manage it through the tender, construction documentation and build. Although Bayview did a fantastic job choosing strong builders to tender and also had to deal with a section 96 to modify our DA, what impressed me was Justin's continuous attention and thinking he put to our project. Every week during our site meetings, as the shape of the house unfolded, Justin would have great ideas how we could tweak or change certain pieces to improve on the design. He would also call me when he was at home shows or shops where he thought I may find something interesting or want to include in the house. I'd highly recommend his team, we are certain he created value from our renovation and most important, have been told by the bank that are increase in valuation of our home is higher than the amount we spent.”
