“Over the years since the 1980's I have subdivided and or renovated a lot of properties. I first used Site Surveys in 2008 to do a Site Plan for a property in Windsor that I was planning to renovate and hoping to subdivide. At the time my regular Surveyor, the one that I had used for years told me I was dreaming, not to bother trying subdivision. So I tried Site Surveys who had been recommended by a friend who had used them. To my surprise, Site Surveys not only did an excellent job, better than what I'd been used to, as their plans are so detailed - they record everything - nothing missing, and they charged me a little bit less than what I was used to paying. Well, since then I've used Site Surveys many times, most recently last week for a major reno that I'm planning on an old Queenslander on the Sunshine Coast, and when I gave the suite of plans they provided which included a site plan, floor plans and visual walk through including the undercroft to my Brisbane building designer, who had already flagged the need for a site visit before getting started, she said "I'm impressed" - "I've never been provided with such plans by a surveyor before ... I can get started without visiting the property". As you can imagine, this not only saves me money but enables me to get things moving without delay. Hence I'm very happy to endorse Site Surveys”

“I had an Identification Survey (Boundary Survey) done by Hillocc Surveyors, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. They were able to book me in very quickly, which was awesome as we were on a tight timeline to have a large retaining wall built on our boundary. From the start, their communication was outstanding—they provided a detailed quote within just a few hours of my initial enquiry, worked with me to find a convenient time for my family, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. After the field work was done, they made sure I was informed of the progress as they worked on the plan and lodging it with Titles Queensland. Hillocc Surveyors offered a very reasonable fixed-price quote that included everything I needed with no hidden fees. I had received quotes from other companies that had a lot of extra costs, making it unclear whether I would need those items or not. When I factored in those potential extra costs, Hillocc was the most affordable surveying firm. The staff who came to do the field work were incredibly polite and professional. They took the time to explain what they were doing and even spoke with our neighbours to ensure everyone was comfortable with the work being done around our property and shared fence lines. I highly recommend Hillocc Surveyors for anyone in need of a reliable, trustworthy and transparent surveyor—they truly made the process as smooth as possible.”
