If something happens during transportation, courier is responsible for any damage and they should have insurance for cases like that. also cracks may appear if you used unprofessional and unlicensed stonemason. a lot of people around Australia get Stone from us, and only problem comes from people who chose cheap and unprofessional stonemason.
