These tiles represent poor value. previously we’d used these tiles and the quality was beautiful, expensive price, beautiful tile, so good value in my eyes. fast forward 7 years we repurchased tiles from Southern Cross Ceramics. now our experience is expensive tile, revolting quality. absolutely no comparison to previous product OR samples shown in store. You will not get a tile that matches the sample. Cotton white now has a blue undertone and embossing of design is not as deep and prominent as old tile. Customer service from store and local sales rep also useless. Unfortunately I cannot recommend supporting Australian made tiles when the product is average / Chinese quality. Take your money elsewhere, they’re clearly cost cutting and it shows.

I am so sorry to hear about your bad experience with our product. We do strive to provide excellent quality product and service. I assume the product has already been installed, but if not, we would be happy to replace it. If you would like discuss with our HR manager, would you please call our main number to give more details. We would like to know who you purchased the tiles through, so that we can follow up with the store, determine the manufacturing run and to ascertain if anthing went wrong during our processes. We are not cutting costs in any way, but are continuing to invest heavily in Australian manufacturing.
