“The team at Allstonville Tile & Floor coverings in particular Mark, Lolita & Tony provided me with great assistance, knowledge and support throughtout the entire process of rectifying a bodged flooring system done by another tradesman which included removal & preparing this not-fit for purpose surface to be covered over by tiles. I engaged them to fix the ruined floors plus complete the renovation of the remaining 3rd floor & stairway in my split story home in Lennox Head. The team managed on my behalf the tradespersons (tiler, carpenter, carpet fitter & concreter for floor prep), monitored the quality of their workmanship & ensured the products i bought from them were installed correctly to comply with the manufactures warranty on the timber, tiles & carpet. Mark & the team were very supportive & very present both in the showroom & on-site, being my home, for multiply quotes & suggestions & then present regularly to inspect the progress of the works & to ensure i too was happy with each tradesperson & product. I recieve nothing but compliments on my new floors which extends over 3 levels from the materials to the craftsmanship in particular the great tiling of the 600x600 tiles is the main living areas, hallway & kitchen downstairs. All the flooring marries into each other perfectly. It has changed the look of my house & made living at home so much more enjoyable. I cannot recommend these guys enough. This flooring company stood out a mile from the others and the team truly go above & beyond trading just for dollars. They really care about delivering for the individual.
