“Gladys is a true professional and is the perfect example of great customer service! We love the shutters and blinds we ordered from her, especially the custom shutters for a big arch window in our family room (see photo). We reached out to a few companies when we were searching for shutters and blinds, but Gladys was the most responsive. She also took a lot of time to explain options to us and was very patient when I changed my mind and had to add to the order. The installation crew (Jeff and Jessie) are really nice guys too!”

“I had Jeff Johnson come to my home to give us an estimate on a closet that I wanted to turn into a pantry/office closet. He was on time for the appointment and was very pleasant and knowledgeable during the consultation. He listened to all of my needs and concerns and had options for me to choose from. He was able to do a 3-D rendering on his laptop so I could tell what the closet would look like. Other companies are still just drawing the design out on a sketch pad. He represented Bay Home and Window very well and I would highly recommend him. I have chosen not to purchase at this time because of some remodeling we are doing, but will definitely call him when we are ready.”

“Our experience with California Window Fashions was beyond professional, from the moment I walked into the showroom to the installation. I chose the Hunter Douglas Pirourette blinds for the entire house. The elegance it added to the feel of each room is unbelievable. The service, craftsmanship and professionalism of this company goes beyond and above what a client wants and needs. Thank you to Alex, the owner, Kimberly, the showroom manager, and to Jimsal, the installation professional, we could not be more pleased with the outcome. These are not just blinds, they add an artistic and elegant quality to the house. Since this is our retirement home, I could never have envisioned it as lovely as it is turning out. “This is a class act business!! I was shopping for windows coverings and found World Class Window Coverings online. While I had made several other estimate appointments, the reviews were so good for World Class that I decided to request an estimate from them too. Once Dustin made the estimate visit, I knew they were the best choice for me. The estimate appointment was done with email and scheduled in a timely manner – I loved this. Dustin was professional and helped me make the right selection for my windows. His product knowledge was impressive and I felt confident with his counsel. My install was today - Dustin and Jose installed the window coverings in no time and vacuumed up after their work was complete. The most amazing thing was that Dustin washed his hands before installing the window coverings. I purchased white sheer shading for two windows and he wanted to ensure that he didn’t get them dirty. I’ve had lots of workers and contractors at the house and that attention to detail is rare… Melisa and Dustin’s communication is outstanding. I was kept informed at all times – I did not need to follow up with them, they were pro-active with me. They are both extremely respectful and this is appreciated. Bottom line is that I am absolutely thrilled with my new window coverings. They exceed my expectations and give the two rooms a soft feel. I will do business with Dustin and Melisa again and would also highly recommend World Class Window Coverings.”

“When I called Rick from West Window Fashions and left a message he immediately returned my call. My budget was a little tight so after discussing the options for my home he made me aware of the different manufactures he offered. I wasn't aware that there are other manufactures that make similar products to Hunter Douglas that are more affordable. He also help me understand how to maximize my dollar. In my case I wanted the Hunter Douglas Shutter so he helped me find a way to make them work. We went with the Hunter Douglas Shutters for the front of the house and Master Bedroom and off brand honey combs for my sons room who works nights. For the rest of the house that doesn't get much use we went with a off brand faux wood to save money. Thanks for the help Rick I really appreciate it!”
