“I received 4 quotes to renovate my bathroom and laundry. Broadwater Builds was not the most expensive nor the cheapest. I was impressed with the professional approach of the company. I was given a detailed schedule of the work to be done. Louis also kept in constant contact with me, during the renovation, with updates when tradesmen were coming to my house. During the renovation I requested the work be completed by a certain date due to my sister coming from UK for a short holiday. My husband builds model ships, and I sew/knit. “Had Leeming Renovations (Todd the Tiler) in to upgrade our ensuite bathroom. We had a full tile job (floor and walls), including the shower nib wall and were absolutely thrilled with the finished result. Professional, efficient and one of the tidiest tradespeople we have ever had in our home. They even arranged the fitting of the new vanity and the plumber to install the new toilet, basin and shower taps.
