I had papers everywhere, notes from the kids' school, bills, reminder notes, event tickets, magazines. And not just on the kitchen bench - but stuck on the fridge, and shoved in a drawer. And trying to keep track of when it all had to be dealt with was taking up precious brain space. Things were getting missed, it was chaos. But after just a couple of sessions with Lucia, I had it all under control. Lucia introduced me to the tickler file system - a great system which means I now don't have to keep it all in my head, or all over my kitchen bench. She stuck with me while I got things sorted out and tidied up, and she broke the tedious jobs into manageable chunks. Or if I was really stuck, getting in there and doing it for me!
